You may find that you don’t have time to cook for yourself all the time or that you’re just not that good at cooking. We’ve got some easy meals ideas for College students with the recipes below that will help you make some quick, exciting, delicious and cheap meals or snacks to keep your mind and body energised.
Food for Breakfast
Quite often in the morning you may be in a rush and therefore skip breakfast, as I’m sure you’ve heard many times before, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, well it is! You need to give your brain the energy it needs to get your through your morning lectures.
Quick Pancakes. All it takes for pancakes is eggs, flour and milk. But if you don’t have this in the cupboard, grab yourself a pancake shaker mix and just add water.

Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup. Feeling like comfort food, then this one is sure to satisfy. Simple yet nutritious and tasty.
Chicken, Couscous and Tomatoes. Grill some Chicken, boil up some couscous and fry off some tomatoes and you’ve got yourself a protein rich delicious dinner.
Homemade quesadillas. Looking for a very delicious snack that would leave very little mess behind? Then grab some tortillas and shredded cheese and whatever other ingredients you want to pop inside, like tomatoes, beans, corn, etc and give them a short cook in the microwave. Comfort food in minutes!
Food for Desserts
Brownies and Ice Cream. Grab brownies and your favorite flavored ice cream just for a midnight snack. Enjoy eating these foods while having a chit chat.
