South Korea going all digital textbooks by 2015
South Korea's Education Ministry has announced it wants all school age level educational materials to be delivered in a digitized format by 2015. It hopes that by 2014 all elementary level materials will be read on a variety of computers, smart phones, and tablets. Universities rejecting the iPad for textbooks?
No, not because of the poor name, but rather because of networking stability and bandwidth issues. I could not find much for details, but apparently several universities including Princeton and George Washington have banned the device and relayed concerns to Apple.
